District of Innovation

On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, the Del Valle ISD Board of Trustees adopted the attached District of Innovation Plan.  The vote was 7-2 in favor of the plan. The district plan includes exceptions to: 

  • TEC 25.0811 (adopted July 2021)
  • TEC 21.003 (adopted March 2023)
  • TEC 21.0031 (adopted March 2023)
  • TEC 21.053  (adopted March 2023)
  • TEC 21.052 (adopted March 2023)
