My name is Megan Adams, I am the new art teacher at Hornsby-Dunlap Elementary. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. and have taught the last two years at Hornsby as a classroom teacher for grades 1 and 5. I have experience working in all mediums: sculpture, painting and drawing, printmaking, and ceramics. I would have to say my favorite is painting, especially impressionism. I just love Van Gogh!  It has always been my passion to teach art and I am so excited to now share that with my students. I think art can break through so many barriers and reach multiple levels by enabling students to express emotions, evoke creativity, and inspire learning.
