I am Bonnie Thomas, Art teacher at Del Valle High School. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute. I am a practicing artist with a concentration in painting, video, and installation art. I love being able to provide students with a chance to grow and discover themselves through art making. My hope is that students leave my classroom with a wider understanding of what art can be, deeper insights into who they are, and how they contribute to their community.
