About Us

The mission of the Del Valle ISD Business Office is to support the educational goals of Del Valle ISD by providing prudent, efficient, and compliant financial services. Our vision is to provide these services through leadership, innovation, and diversity. Our department is responsible for the complex job of managing the District's growing budgets, investments, and fiscal practices. We also oversee a number of specific areas including accounting, accounts payable, budgeting, finance, child nutrition, payroll, and purchasing. We are here to serve the overall mission of Del Valle ISD so please let us know how we may assist.

Doing business with Del Valle ISD

Vendors that wish to do business with Del Valle ISD must contact an individual at the campus or department level. Del Valle ISD Purchasing does not accept requests directly without campus or department submission.

All vendors will need to register as a vendor in Bonfire and upload the five (5) requested forms. Upon completion, please notify the campus/department you wish to do business within the district.

Any vendors that have set up issues, please contact Bonfire directly by emailing support@gobonfire.com.

Submission does not constitute an approved vendor status with Del Valle ISD nor does it guarantee any level of expenditure by our District. A DVISD "Approved"/Awarded Vendor is one who has responded to, and been awarded, a contract for goods or services through a competitive solicitation process or purchase order. Acceptance of orders verbally or otherwise without an authorized purchase order is done at risk of non-payment.
