ClassLink– The DVISD single sign-on service provider. Provides single sign-on access to all your school resources.

Use your DVISD login (without the @dvisd.net).

DVISD uses Google Workspace for Education for many purposes including document creation and collaboration.

• Your DVISD Google account will be automatically created after you have completed your new hire paperwork.
  • This may take 24-48 hours.
• Your username and Google email address will be: firstname.lastname@dvisd.net
  • Note: longer names are shortened to 9 characters
• If you are new to Google, you can request training by submitting an Eduphoria HelpDesk ticket.
• Instructional Technology Department staff are available to you for walk-throughs and guidance.

Eduphoria Resources from Instructional Technology

• The "DVISD Secure Print" printer is installed on all district devices.
• When you print to the "DVISD Secure Print" printer, your print job can be retrieved from any of the district's copiers.
• You will need to login to the copier using either your employee ID or username and password.
• Employees can also scan their ID card on a copier to link it to their district account for quick access.
• Please submit a ticket in Eduphoria HelpDesk if you have trouble printing.
• Please contact your campus or department secretary if your copiers need maintenance or supplies.

Access to employee records and hiring information. Use the login you created. Passwords can be reset using the "Forgot password?" link on the TalentEd login page.
