To empower students to make positive and healthy life changes and decisions while deterring the use of mind-altering substances.

Belief

We believe that by providing substance use education and substance related counseling services to the students and families of Del Valle ISD, we strengthen the protective factors in students and decrease risk factors associated with substance use.

Youth Recovery Community (YRC)

YRC is a free program for adolescents, ages 13-21, who want to participate in sober activities that are fun and safe. We strive to encourage a recovery lifestyle that is free from substance use. We promote leadership and teamwork skills through in school and out of school groups, individual peer coaching, and community outreach events with other youth and young adults. YRC also provides family support.
