CDC Central: As of Feb. 2023, the building pad is complete with steel structure installation underway. Site work and stormwater pond work is ongoing. Mechanical and electrical systems are being installed. Underground utilities are underway.
CDC North: The renovation process is underway to convert a building at the Hornsby-Dunlap Elementary campus into a new CDC. Mechanical upgrades and replacements are ongoing.
CDC South: The building pad has been poured and the steel structure is being placed on the Smith Elementary Campus facility. Utilities and site work for driveways and the parking lot are ongoing.
