Volunteers & Visitors
We welcome individuals who would like to volunteer on our campus. Volunteers will be provided specific instructions by each campus when there are opportunities, this includes chaperones on field trips. Volunteer opportunities are determined by campus administration. All volunteers must follow the district process for volunteering on a campus, which includes a background check. Volunteers must check in through Raptor upon arrival at each visit.

Visitors to Campuses
Elementary Schools
Lunches
Parents may join their student for lunch, as determined by each campus.

Maximum of 2 adult visitors per student, one of the visitors must be a family contact in Skwyard

Other students and siblings will not be pulled from classes outside of their lunch period

All visitors MUST check in and out at the main office through the Raptor Safety System

Vistors must agree to the campus guidelines for lunches

Visitors must return to the main office between lunch periods if they are eating with children in different periods

Campuses will communicate to parents when lunches are closed for specific days (i.e. STAAR testing, campus event that impacts lunch, etc.)
Events
Campuses share invitations to families when there are special events on campus.

Middle & High Schools
Lunches
Lunches are not open for parents on a regular basis, however; campuses may host some special events for families and will send out invitations for these events.
