Sponsorship Opportunities

Community-wide event with families, students, and staff to kick off the year.
Attendance: Approximately 2,500 people attended in 2024.

• Superhero Sponsor: $6,000 (up to 4 available)
  This is a presenting sponsor for the event.
  
  Name/logo exclusively at the entrance of the event as presenting sponsor.
  Logo and/or organization name on all event promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and press releases.
  Signage with the organization's logo placed throughout the entire event
  Opportunity to add flyer or branded item to free backpacks distributed to students.

• Hero Sponsor: $4,000
  This is a secondary sponsor for the event.

• Super Sidekick Sponsor: $2,500
  This level provides sponsorship for event activities.
  Signage with the organization's logo and name at the activity areas of the event

• Sidekick Sponsor: $250
  A donation at this level provides any for-profit business or organization table space at the event.
   
• Non-Profit organizations will be offered a table to promote services for free. Non-profit organizations may elect to donate at any level above to receive the associated benefits.

Annual district-wide kickoff with all employees (~1,800 staff members)

• Presenting Sponsor – $6,000 (4 available)
  Logo displayed at the event, 5-minute speaking opportunity to welcome staff to the new year, opportunity to hand out swag from a preferred placement table during breakfast.
   
• Support Sponsor – $2,500
  Recognition from the podium, opportunity to hand out swag from a preferred placement table during breakfast.
   
• Raffle Sponsor – In-kind donation of gift cards or gift items (request at least worth $250)
  Table at event, recognition when item is raffled to staff

Onboarding for all new district educators (~100+ attendees).

• Lunch Sponsor – $2,500
  5-minute speaking opportunity during lunch, logo on agenda and signage, materials in tote bags. Opportunity to provide branded items for each new educator (mugs, notepads, tech items); your logo travels year-round with teachers.
• Breakfast Sponsor – $1,000
  Logo on signage, recognition during welcome remarks. Opportunity to provide branded items for each new educator (mugs, notepads, tech items); your logo travels year-round with teachers.
• Giveaway Sponsor – $750
  Opportunity to provide branded items for each new educator (mugs, notepads, tech items); your logo travels year-round with teachers.
• Raffle Sponsor – In-kind
  Provide gifts cards or gift baskets to be used as raffle items.

Multiple days that start off the school year with all campus & district leaders. Guest sponsors can give a short presentation during lunch. (~150 attendees)

• Lunch Sponsor – $2,500 (per day)
  5-minute speaking opportunity during lunch, logo on agenda, materials in tote bags.
• Breakfast Sponsor – $1,000
  Logo on signage, recognition during welcome remarks.
• Raffle Sponsor – In-kind
  Provide gifts cards or gift baskets to be used as raffle items.

Breakfasts and lunches with campus & district leaders. Guest sponsors can give a short presentation during lunch. (~30 attendees)

Meal Sponsor – $1,000/event
Logo on table tents, 10-minute speaking opportunity at lunchtime, handouts allowed.

Recognition of students in elementary and high school. (~55 students recognized, with families in attendance)

• Event Sponsor – $2,000
  Funding assists the district in purchasing decorations and snacks for the event. Logo on printed program, signage displayed with logo at event, recognition from stage.
   
• Student Gift Sponsor
  The district seeks 50 gift cards of at least $25 each to be awarded to Trustee Award Winners and 5 gift cards of at least $100 each to be awarded to Superintendent Award recipients. Recognition from stage during the awards.

Recognition of educators in the district for a full week in May. (~1,800 employees)

The district seeks donations to raffle items off to teachers during the week, and monetary donations to provide district-wide treats, such as ice cream, breakfast tacos, etc. Sponsors are recognized through social media posts and emails to staff.

• Breakfast taco sponsor, $8,000: This amount provides funds to the district to send breakfast tacos to all staff one day during Teacher Appreciation Week. Sponsor logo included at food distribution location of each campus.
• Ice cream social sponsor, $5,000: This amount provides funds for the district to offer an ice cream social at all campuses during Teacher Appreciation Week. Sponsor logo included at food distribution location of each campus.
• Other direct donations of catering at all campuses: Organization plans and arranges catering at all 14 schools for all employees.
• In-kind: Donate any item, gift card, or gift basket to be used as a raffle to all staff during the week.

During the regular school year, the district sends an e-newsletter to all staff (~1,800 staff members) and all families (~11,800 students). This newsletter contains highlights and news from the district.

• Annual Sponsorship, $10,000. (1 available)
  Provides the sponsor with a logo & link in the top banner of each newsletter for the year (approximately 35 issues). Also includes an introductory short sponsor highlight in the first newsletter for the fall and spring semesters.
• Lead Sponsor, $5,000: Provides logo and link in a mid-tier placement in each newsletter for the year (approximately 35 issues).
• Quarterly Sponsor, $2,500: Provides logo and link in a mid-tier placement in the newsletter for one quarter of the school year (approximately 9 issues). Ideal for local business with seasonal service or event.
• Single issue sponsor, $500: Provides a secondary display of logo and link for a single issue. Ideal for local business with seasonal service or event.
