Flier distribution procedure

  1. Submit the Flier Distribution application below. The flier must include contact information for parents to reach someone with questions. Incomplete requests will not be reviewed for approval.
  2. Organizations must submit proof of non-profit or government affiliated status with the request.
  3. The Communications Department will only review and approve fliers following the E-Flier Distribution Schedule found below.
  4. Fliers must be submitted in a PDF or JPG format.
  5. All fliers must include the following statement:  "This material is not affiliated with Del Valle ISD. DVISD does not endorse the services, activities, and/or products contained on this document."
  6. If approved, the flier will be sent electronically by ParentSquare on the Friday following approval.
  7. If denied, the submitter will receive an email with additional information.
