Doing business with Del Valle ISD

Vendor Registration - PaymentWorks

Effective June 2 2025:

Del Valle ISD requires all current and prospective vendors to register through PaymentWorks.

Prospective vendors who are working with a campus or department will be sent a PaymentWorks vendor registration invitation by the campus or department.

Del Valle ISD has contracted with PaymentWorks as a third-party vendor registration portal. All new and current vendors should register through this system so that we have current information, including contact info, payment details, and current W-9 forms.

Please be aware that you will receive an email from "Del Valle (via PaymentWorks)" inviting you to register as a vendor for Del Valle ISD with PaymentWorks. Submissions of completed documents are required for consideration to the vendor list.

  • Registration through PaymentWorks is required for consideration, but does not automatically grant approved vendor status.

Additional procurement methods, allowed by the state, include inter-local agreements and purchasing cooperatives.  When completing the registration, vendors should consider any contracts they hold with a purchasing cooperative or another school district.  Visibility of this information will allow Del Valle ISD to confirm the information, make contact for applicable forms and utilize the vendor.

Registration in PaymentWorks is not an automatic addition to the current approved vendor list nor does it guarantee any level of expenditure by the District.

If you have any questions about the PaymentWorks process, review here.

Vendor Registration for Bid List Only - Bonfire

Vendors interested in doing business with Del Valle ISD through RFP/RFQ opportunities are encouraged to register through Bonfire, which enables vendors to receive/submit bid opportunities and responses only.  Vendors who already have a Bonfire account are encouraged to log in and update their information for Del Valle ISD accordingly.  This free registration portal can be found at the link above.

  • Register your company and subscribe for solicitation alerts.

  • Receive automatic notifications of new opportunities.

  • Follow updates, amendments, and addenda for solicitations you’re interested in.

  • Submit questions and receive responses directly through the portal.

  • Complete bid submissions electronically with built-in guidance.

Registering alone is not an addition to the current vendor list nor does it guarantee any level of expenditure by the District.
