DVISD offers a $2,100 Master's Degree salary additive for teachers and librarians. 

All employee-only healthcare premiums fully covered by the district.

DVISD is a student loan forgiveness qualified school district (all Title I schools) with forgiveness of up to $17,500.

For teachers looking to obtain their bilingual certification, we offer free preparation classes. We also offer ESL certification training and a test reimbursement program.
