Board of Trustees
Help Shape the Future of Del Valle ISD
The Del Valle ISD School Board is putting community values first. To stay on track, we’re setting Guardrails—clear boundaries and guiding principles for the Board and Superintendent.
Why it matters: Guardrails ensure decisions reflect what our community cares about—safety, literacy, life skills, job readiness, and more.
Watch our explainer videos below to see how guardrails work and learn about our goals.

About the Board of Trustees
The Del Valle ISD Board of Trustees is comprised of nine board members, representatives of this community, who are close to our schools and know our teachers, parents, and students and serve as advocates for our children and public schools. Your school board members are committed to public education and the continuing success of your students and schools.
Board meetings are held monthly at the Edward A. Neal Administration Building located at 5301 Ross Road in Del Valle, Texas 78617. The meetings usually begin at 6:15 p.m. and are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month.*
*Due to possible schedule changes the monthly regular board meeting may not always take place on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
