On Thursday, June 25 at 6:30 p.m., the Del Valle ISD Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on an Application of Colorado River Project, LLC for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code and potential creation of a Reinvestment Zone for such purposes.

Members of the public wishing to speak during the public hearing must sign up by e-mailing dvisd.communications@dvisd.net no later than 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Individuals requesting to speak will receive information to join the virtual meeting.

In the event the District has not received and uploaded certification documents related to this application from the Texas Comptroller’s office by 6:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, this public hearing will be rescheduled for a later date to ensure sufficient time for a public review of the information.
